You already did some lessons in kiteboarding? You know how to control the kite and you maybe already did some water starts or your first meters on the board? Your last kiting trip is already more than a year ago? With Osmosis Kiteboarding you will do a short refresh and than start the course at your actual level. The perfect way to find your way back into kiting. Check kite skills:

• one handed body drag
• relaunching the kite
• controlling of the kite with one hand
• water start board work

After the 3h of refresh course you will decide with your instructor if more lessons are needed or if you go for rental or supervision to make sure
