El Gouna is a nice town with a perfectly developed infrastructure and an enjoyable life also outside the hotels.
There are supermarkets, bakeries, local fruit - and vegetable markets, a butchery and various restaurants, bars and cafes. Everything is well connected and reachable in maximum 10 minutes by taxi or toktok, in walking distance or by bike. Nothing is really far. Therefore it is also a common way of renting a apartment, studio or villa here in El Gouna to spend a nice holiday.
Make yourself a little breakfast on the veranda in the morning, spend the day on the beach and on the water and the evening a home made bbq or a restaurant visit in town or at the marina.

The apartment is located in East golf El Gouna right opposite the Hotel Club Paradisio! You can't stay closer to our kite school (besides inside the hotel of course!)

The apartment was renovated in 2018, it is very modern with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has just been renovated, very modern, with 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with a king size bed) which makes it ideal for group or family stays. 

Outside is a heated swimming pool which overlooks a magnificent view of the lagoon and the mountains of the desert. The perfect place to watch and enjoy the sun set.

From this accommodation it is 2 minutes by car, taxi or toktok to our station, 7 minutes by bike or a 20 minute walk.

The Nubian House is located at North Golf El Gouna

The charming villa is situated in the calm and greenery of the Golf and just a short walk from the attractiveness and amenities of downtown.
It is a ride by taxi or Toktok to our kite station or a 5 minutes bike ride or 20 minutes walk through the golf course.
With a heated outdoor swimming pool the villa is comfortably equipped for 6 people.
